Senior Manager of Security Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of security operations engineers focused on detection engineering, incident response, and monitoring
• Guide the creation and continuous improvement of detections across various platforms
• Manage MSSP relationships, define SLAs, and ensure accountability for detection and response support

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in security operations and incident response
• Proven leadership experience managing security engineers or SOC teams
• Deep technical expertise in SIEM, EDR, and cloud security
• Experience managing MSSPs or third-party detection services
• Familiarity with scripting and automation workflows
