Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Paid Social to join their Performance Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Manage channel performance, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and new customer volume targets
- Develop and implement a data-driven A/B testing roadmap to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing performance media campaigns with a seven-figure budget
- Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok ad platforms
- Experience in building and managing annual testing roadmaps for paid social channels
- Understanding of creative strategy from a direct response performance perspective
- Familiarity with attribution methodologies and conducting conversion lift studies
