Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Patient Support Services Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and launch of a gene therapy patient support program, aligning program objectives with operational execution
- Create and launch program SOPs, job aids, and materials while obtaining necessary approvals
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to build business processes within the CRM and address technical challenges
Required Qualifications and Education
- 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 5 years working with IT/development teams on patient support programs
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in managing buy and bill reimbursement or patient assistance programs
- Knowledge of Call Center operations and patient services landscape
- Launch experience within the Cell/Gene or Rare Disease space
