Key Responsibilities

- Manage and train team members to refine processes for successful retail media campaigns
- Collaborate with media teams and supporting agencies to ensure effective audience-led media solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in audience-led media activation and execution
- Experience in planning and executing offsite channels at a media agency or publisher
- Prior management experience in a cross-functional environment, ideally in retail media
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Certifications and knowledge of digital media platforms (Social, Search, Programmatic) are strongly preferred
