Key Responsibilities
- Manage operating and personnel budgets, optimizing spending for adherence to budget plans
- Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and provide mentorship to enhance team expertise
- Drive team productivity by optimizing resource use and addressing systemic inefficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred
- Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in leading technology product and services delivery teams
- Five (5) or more years of project and/or program management experience
- Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
