Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers and deliver high-quality presentations and proofs of concept
- Develop team members and maintain a recruiting pipeline to meet future business demands
- Manage day-to-day activities, including resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with the specific needs and regulatory requirements of state, local, and education organizations
- Knowledge of industry best practices in the SLED sector
- 7 years of experience in presales, including managing presales teams
- Deep experience with the US market and selling to senior management
- Understanding of SaaS market space and service management practices
