Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an effective marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets
- Lead and manage the SDR team, ensuring effective lead qualification and follow-up strategies
- Oversee the execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns and manage relationships with strategic vendors
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including leadership of SDR or BDR teams
- Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or regulated industries is highly desired
- Demonstrated success in building pipeline and leading GTM strategy for fast-growth companies
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong project and vendor management skills
