Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Ops & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle detailed partner performance data analytics and facilitate internal stakeholder conversations to build data-driven strategies
- Work with senior management to define data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of data analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a proven record of achievement and quantitative proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization or cross-functional leadership role
- Fluency in data, including strong skills in Excel and SQL
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science preferred
- Experience in leading teams and people development is preferred
