Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Direct I/O (Media Planning & Buying).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning of always-on, seasonal, and ad hoc campaigns across direct partner media
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, marketing objectives, and KPIs
- Oversee the RFP process and negotiate program inclusions, rates, and terms with partners
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of directly related media planning & buying experience
- Strong working knowledge of Linear TV, Radio, OOH, and digital media landscapes
- Experience in planning large-scale publisher direct programs and leading teams in the RFP process
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with local vendors
- Experience in retail apparel, fashion, or DTC e-commerce media buying is strongly preferred
