Key Responsibilities
- Review space requirements and create conceptual plans for real estate teams
- Produce complex drawings and presentations for client-facing meetings
- Manage occupancy data and conduct evaluations of work areas for move planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education accepted
- Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management required
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills
- Understanding of existing procedures to solve moderately complex problems
