Senior Okta Governance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Okta Identity Governance (OIG) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom connectors in Okta for integration with enterprise systems
• Design and configure complex Okta Workflows to automate identity processes
• Lead configuration efforts for Group Rules, Bundles, Schema, and JML workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Okta experience in enterprise environments
• At least 1 year of exposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
• Proven expertise in Okta Workflow configuration and Custom Connector development
• Strong background in Group Rule setup and JML workflow configuration
• Demonstrated ability to design and document solutions and engage stakeholders
