Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior OCM Specialist to lead and manage large-scale organizational change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder analysis and establish relationships with key contacts to align change initiatives with strategic goals
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes and develop comprehensive change management plans
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support the development of OCM plans and training activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
- Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model)
- Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback and making recommendations
- Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
- Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
