Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Specialist to lead and manage large-scale organizational change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead stakeholder analysis and establish relationships with key contacts to align change initiatives with strategic goals
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes and develop comprehensive change management plans
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and support the development of OCM plans and training activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
  • Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model)
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback and making recommendations
  • Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
  • Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
