Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst responsible for managing multi-state payroll processing for over 1,600 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing and ensure compliance with employee pay, wage adjustments, and taxes
• Coordinate with accounting and third-party vendors for payroll reporting and tax remittances
• Review and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience managing payroll for at least 1,600 employees in a multi-state environment
• Experience with third-party payroll processors
• Thorough knowledge of payroll-related statutory requirements
• CPP or FPC designation preferred
