Senior Pega Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pega Analyst to serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega applications, including case management and workflows
• Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, translating business needs into technical designs
• Document technical designs and provide daily support for technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project or business analysis experience, including software requirements and application configuration
• Experience with Pega Infinity (v8.8 and above) and recent releases
• Pega certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CPBA, CPDC, CPCSBA)
• Experience creating user stories and translating business needs into technical solutions
