Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Performance Improvement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Navy's Procure to Pay (P2P) process improvement initiative by mapping current and future state processes
- Perform business modeling and value stream mapping to analyze and document business processes
- Assist with P2P strategic planning and establish process monitoring procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or Organizational Change Management
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement and strategic planning
- Knowledge of Lean Methodologies and practical application
- Ability to obtain and retain a secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
