Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term technical strategy aligned with healthcare domain requirements
• Lead the re-architecture of legacy systems into modular, service-oriented architectures
• Serve as a technical advisor to senior leadership and mentor senior engineers

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in comparable positions
• Proven experience in re-architecting monolithic applications into modular architectures
• Deep knowledge of at least one modern programming language (C#, JavaScript, Python)
• Experience in designing and scaling cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, observability, and data management at scale
