Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Architect Senior Manager - Service Delivery Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of service delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Develop and execute testing strategies for new service delivery processes and technology implementations
- Implement change management strategies and facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment on service delivery improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in process redesign and improvement initiatives in service delivery or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline
- Continuous Improvement Certification, preferably Lean Six Sigma or Lean Practitioner
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to service delivery
