Key Responsibilities

• Own the full design process from discovery to delivery for new product experiences and enhancements
• Transform complex workflows and medical information into simple, engaging user experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Clinicians in an agile environment

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in consumer health or medtech
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills
• Ability to distill abstract concepts into user-centered solutions
• Experience with design systems and collaboration in fast-paced environments
• High degree of ownership, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
