Required Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of related experience, preferably in a developer tool SaaS product
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in all design phases, including user research and data-informed decisions
• Experience in leading collaborative design processes from definition to delivery
• Ability to use and contribute to a shared design system and team processes
• Proven track record of positively impacting customers and improving business metrics
