Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer-CRM to craft the future of their CRM product.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to brainstorm and validate solutions for user problems
• Partner with Engineers to understand constraints and run design QA for enterprise features
• Map user workflows and collaborate with designers to maintain a cohesive user experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping complex enterprise-level SaaS products
• Strong systems thinker capable of deconstructing complex problems into scalable solutions
• Experience creating and maintaining design components in Figma
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experimentation-oriented with skills in conducting user interviews and analyzing results
