Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to lead strategic product initiatives for their FLEX project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct market analysis and gather user insights to inform product direction
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear business justification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience managing and mentoring Product Owners is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools
• Working knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards is essential
