Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in customer retention or post-purchase experiences
- Experience in complex, highly regulated environments
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on clarity and measurable outcomes
- Data fluency and ability to use insights to shape product direction
- Experience with agile development methodologies and leading high-performing teams
