Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help scale its platform and deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product execution by owning end-to-end delivery of key product initiatives
• Refine and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Product
• Lead collaboration across engineering, customer success, operations, and leadership to align on product goals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering complex software products
• Experience with large-scale product initiatives such as platform rebuilds or system migrations
• Strong product intuition and ability to balance user needs with technical constraints
• Comfortable with product analytics to inform prioritization and measure outcomes
• Bonus points for insurtech experience or familiarity with Salesforce products
