Senior Product Manager - Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting and Disclosure Sr. Product Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the accounting portfolio, focusing on SEC disclosure and compliance solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features tailored to accountants and disclosure professionals
• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand pain points and ensure successful product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical accounting, external reporting, or financial statement preparation
• Demonstrated involvement in drafting 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and compliance documentation
• Understanding of key accounting standards such as revenue recognition and lease accounting
• Prior product management experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or accounting software
• MBA, CPA, or relevant accounting certification
