Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to oversee product strategy and compliance in the investment management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and manage all aspects of product commercial success

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Asset Management regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in product compliance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEC 13G/D, SEC 13F, ESMA Short Sale Reporting, and ESMA Transparency Directive II
• Proven ability to navigate regulatory complexities across jurisdictions
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Detail-oriented and analytical thinker with leadership capabilities
