Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of clinically-integrated healthcare software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user workflows within PACE and value-based care centers to build optimal products
• Develop and execute product strategies that leverage data for innovation and user satisfaction
• Lead product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience interfacing directly with customers during product development phases
• Proven experience collaborating with clinical teams to build products
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
