Key Responsibilities

• Drives market evangelism and positioning by understanding the HR tech landscape and articulating the company's value proposition
• Acts as the voice of the customer, building relationships and gathering feedback through early adopter programs
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive outbound initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers and sales teams
• Experience in HR Technology and AI-first solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
