Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of a Knowledge Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, success metrics, and long-term evolution of the Knowledge Management System
• Define the vision for managing AI assistants, balancing simplicity with customization
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class experience for clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS platforms or AI/ML products
• Experience in strategic ownership and influencing cross-functional organizations
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and product design
• Demonstrated empathy for diverse user personas and their needs
• Familiarity with AI technologies and tools, particularly LLMs
