Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Applications (Support & Services Systems).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and technology roadmap for Support & Services systems
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer and partner support experiences across all channels
- Identify and integrate AI and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in customer support or professional services systems in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities
- Experience in optimizing systems for managed service partners and understanding their workflows
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in customer service, particularly AI-driven solutions
- Experience with FedRAMP or other compliance environments is a plus
