Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of the governance and network operations of the Circle Payments Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for trust infrastructure, including onboarding and real-time monitoring tools
• Drive the productization of compliance services and risk tooling for a permissioned network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems that ensure transparency and adherence to governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services focusing on compliance and risk platforms
• Proven success in building and scaling complex B2B or platform products in regulated environments
• Deep knowledge of compliance tooling, including KYC, AML, and sanctions screening
• Strong understanding of permissioned networks and governance frameworks
• Highly quantitative and analytical with a data-driven approach to decision making
