Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Customer Service Management solution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product differentiation and positioning
- Equip sales teams with necessary tools and training to effectively sell the CSM offering
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles in B2B SaaS
- 6+ years of experience marketing AI-first customer service, ITSM, or CX products
- Experience launching a new product or transitioning one from beta to general availability
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams
- Proven strategic thinking and storytelling skills to convey technical capabilities as customer value
