Senior Product Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate or Senior Product Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service owners and engineering teams to build resilient and scalable services
• Define standards for architecting, operating, and monitoring services
• Establish SLIs and SLOs to ensure reliability in production services

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years (Intermediate) or 5+ years (Senior) in a Software Reliability Engineering role with cloud-scale web services
• Experience with service ownership, monitoring & alerting, incident response, and release management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Deep knowledge of resilience patterns and performance analysis for JVM and/or Node.js
