Senior Production Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents across AWS services
• Lead root cause analyses and drive long-term fixes to prevent recurrence of issues
• Enhance and optimize production support processes for improved response times and service restoration

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in production support, DevOps, or operations roles with AWS troubleshooting experience
• Experience leading offshore teams with strong collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of cloud operational best practices
• Strong experience with code review processes for production support
• Automation/scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.)
