Senior Program Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Development Lead, Binge Eating Disorder.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate, and implement clinical interventions and educational materials
• Prepare strategic development plans for new program projects
• Lead cross-functional project teams and serve as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a PhD in psychology or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the treatment of Binge Eating Disorder
• Experience developing clinical protocols, products, or services
• Understanding of enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy
• Proficiency in project management and presentation software
