Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the master calendar for GTM planning and execution, managing interdependencies across Sales and its ecosystem partners
- Lead and manage high-impact programs supporting sales operating rhythms, annual/quarterly planning, and business reviews
- Act as a Chief of Staff to GTM Strategy & Ops leadership, facilitating team collaboration and representing the team in cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, sales operations, GTM strategy, or consulting, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional GTM programs
- Expertise in full-cycle program delivery, including scoping, milestones, and KPI tracking
- Ability to build trust and influence across all levels
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
