Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Fund Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute strategic programs within Fund Administration, including system implementations and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations while ensuring strong communication with senior leadership
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements, while leading change management strategies for new systems
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in fund administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred
- Proven experience in leading large-scale programs with significant business impact
- Deep understanding of fund administration lifecycles and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and experience with project management software
