Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - NPI Materials (Non-Tech 2).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, and Capacity Planning teams for accurate forecasting of new product requirements
• Meet with suppliers to review forecasts, secure supply commitments, and communicate updates
• Monitor supply chain metrics and support pilot-to-production transitions for long-lead materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-5 years of program management experience in a hardware/software or high-tech manufacturing environment
• Experience working with external suppliers and global stakeholders
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities
