• 7-10 years of healthcare experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience
