Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Partner Operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects across the M&A and partnership portfolio
• Define and implement a scalable program management methodology and governance framework
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 8-10+ years of experience in program/project management with increasing responsibility
• Minimum of 3+ years managing enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs with executive visibility
• Deep understanding of M&A processes, from due diligence to integration
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP strongly preferred
• Advanced skills in Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
