Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage smaller scale projects and ensure successful execution of activations
  • Coordinate project team activities, resolve issues, and maintain project focus and timelines
  • Lead project meetings, manage communication, and maintain documentation and project status updates


Required Qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or five years of applicable experience from an accredited institution
  • Progressively responsible work experience of 5 years preferred
  • Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera for at least 5 years
  • Expert skill-level in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for at least 7 years
  • Experience managing medium- to large-scale projects for at least 3 years
