Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-IT Project/Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives in implementing a new data model and tool for IBOR data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects within a broader strategic program
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes
• Establish and manage project governance, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven track record in managing complex programs involving both technology and business transformation
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred
