Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Project Manager to oversee complex projects and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and oversee project planning and execution
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success
• Monitor project performance, provide updates to leadership, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least seven (7) years of experience in project or program management
• B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management and Scrum Certification preferred
• Extensive experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
