Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis
• Reviews and reconciles general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy during month-end close
• Performs cash flow analysis and prepares bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-4 years of related experience, with a preference for real estate accounting
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Yardi
• Ability to leverage technology and systems for efficiency
