Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term vision for quality engineering aligned with engineering and product roadmaps
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of quality engineers while promoting a culture of ownership and technical rigor
• Drive adoption of Agile testing practices and enhance test automation frameworks and performance testing tools

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading QA or quality engineering teams, with at least 3 years at the Sr. Manager or Director level
• Proven experience in scaling test automation and modernizing legacy QA practices
• Deep understanding of Agile development principles and the role of QA in cross-functional teams
• Expertise with industry-standard automation tools and test frameworks
• Strong proficiency in test strategy development for APIs, UIs, and performance/load testing
