Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage release/change management practices in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead release Go/No-Go signoff and readiness review activities, including release notes development
• Coordinate release schedules, notifications, and post-launch validation with delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in release/change management in a software delivery environment
• Experience in healthcare software product development and compliance considerations
• Familiarity with source control management and CI/CD processes
• Experience in Change Risk Management models for Go/No-Go decisions
• Proven ability to work across multiple organizations and teams
