A company is looking for a Senior Research Consultant to support customers in managing their research projects using an Agile Insights Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through complex research needs with sophisticated online survey design
- Provide bespoke insights and mentor junior consultants through coaching
- Train new customers on software usage and ensure integration into their workflows
Required Qualifications
- Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics
- 5+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in study and questionnaire design
- Familiarity with quantitative methods such as A/B testing, MaxDiff, and Conjoint analysis
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure
