Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current recruiting workflows for monetization and ads research, identifying strengths and risks
- Engage with various stakeholders to gather input and align on priorities for participant access and compliance
- Develop and present a prioritized program plan to improve monetization research and recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Research Operations, particularly in recruiting for monetization and ads
- 5+ years of experience in planning and leading cross-functional process improvement projects
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end research recruitment lifecycle
- Proficiency in project management tools and research tools
- Strong knowledge of legal, privacy, and policy issues related to participant recruiting
