Senior Resident Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Engineer to support the deployment and maintenance of wireless network infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy telecom applications in a production environment
• Work directly with Ericsson and Nokia platforms, with a preference for Ericsson experience
• Configure and troubleshoot basic IP routing protocols and support 4G/5G network functions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in wireless communications or telecom engineering
• Direct experience with Ericsson or Nokia OEMs, preferably Ericsson
• Strong understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, and virtualized/containerized environments
• Experience with 4G LTE and 5G network architecture and deployment
• Working knowledge of basic IP routing concepts, including BGP
