Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs for all revenue teams, including onboarding and continuous development
- Lead product release enablement initiatives, equipping revenue teams with necessary knowledge and tools
- Implement and certify team members against sales methodologies to ensure effectiveness and drive results
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in revenue enablement, preferably in SaaS
- Track record of delivering impactful enablement programs that affect company revenue
- Experience in designing new sales leader development programs
- Familiarity with revenue tooling such as Salesforce and Outreach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
