Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery across the customer lifecycle, from inception to launch of use cases
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding project plans, progress, and risks
- Collaborate with customers to identify workflows and translate them into business and technical requirements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in the MarTech or sales-tech industry
- 7+ years in an enterprise software customer-facing role
- Experience managing or working with enterprise customers
- Technical or non-technical software experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
